In this case, Ben identified the build failure yesterday but we really
need someone to do *regular* test builds of powerpc kernels and fix
problems before the kernel is uploaded to the archive.

There are an open, RC bugs against console-data asking for powerpc
support. Since console-* is virtually unmaintained (please see
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0107/msg00953.html) you will
have to supply a patch for this bug if you want to see your
architecture supported. (Note that this h
Bug #103813 claims that dhcp-client segfaults on powerpc immediately
after obtaining an IP address. First of all, can someone with a
powerpc system please try to reproduce this problem. If you see it
as well, can you please compile dhcp-client from experimental and try
if that works.

I tried to find good web sites we can link to in order to replace the
dead links, but I couldn't find anything. I'm CCing debian-powerpc,
