I also have tried with powerprefs, and i have the same problem, so i
don't think the problems is the keyboard layout (only).

pbbuttons (apt) and it works, because i can change the volume. But i
can´t change the screen bright.
In my /etc/pbbuttons.conf, i have:
#Brightness = 7 ; initial brightness level
#BrightnessupKey= 2
with xf86config, but i can't find anything like:
mac-keyboard, or macintosh, or apple.
How can i configure the keyboard?
