I downloaded your kernel and write it with rewrite to a floppy.
When doing boot floppy, it read for a second the Floppy and does nothing.

and installed tftpd32 ( for windows ) on another machine.

The Problem is that the server was installed with AIX, and I don't have the
root password, So I don't have actually access to the AIX system
