ibook 1904 clock problem: hwclock and base-config hang

Hi, I apparently somehow reset my ibooks clock, perhaps my battery drained, and now my clock is reset to 1904. I attempted to run base-config to fix this but it simply hangs. I also tried to run hwclock with --set --date"foo" options but that also hangs.. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks, j

ibook 12" 800mhz/radeon -- X problems

Getting ethernet (dhcp) on powerbook g4 667

I am using the 2.4.17ben kernel on my powerbook g4 and I am having a hard time getting the ethernet working. If I run ifconfig I see the device, when I run dhcpcd -h myhostname (works on my other linux box here) it gets no response. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks, Jon
