Hi I'm having trouble getting a custom-compiled kernel to work on a G4 450Mhz SMP Mac. I first tried the 'kernel-image-2.4.18-powerpc-smp' package, but this didn't work as I needed the AIC7XXX driver compiled in, not as a module, due to my root fs being on an Adaptec scsi card. kernel-image
