Hi there,
I tried to bisect between 4.17.0 and 4.18.0 (4.19.0
didn't work either) and found the first offending commit

and playing with -DNO_gtk_1check_1button_1set_1inconsistent makes it

what are the vm's system specs, also ulimit -a (from the buildd's user shell) ?
I'll try to reproduce it through several builds but I didn't hit it so

Hi,
to give a small update on this, I noticed that the getter functions
defined just don't get called, thus the test failing.
Also this works fine when optimisation is disabled for the build.
I'll dig more and try to have some more details on this.

And the source package is powerpc-utils.
Adam just renamed source packages powerpc-ibm-utils to powerpc-utils and
powerpc-utils to pmac-utils for less confusion as explained here :

Hi all/Aurelien,
I'd like to help fixing issues found during buildd of packages on ppc64el :
https://buildd.debian.org/status/architecture.php?a=ppc64el&suite=sid
How should I proceed to setup a similar schroot with same package repo?
At the moment we have a buildd daemon at IBM and I can do that
