/proc/swsusp to check swsusp
capability. I don't have this on mine, running 2.6.9 with swsusp patch,
but I can suspend to disk with echo disk > /sys/power/state and resume
by add a resume=/dev/hda3 (my swap partition) as kernel parameter.
Note that I still have some problems when resume

Can I safely add :
#define PCI_DEVICE_ID_NVIDIA_GEFORCE_FX_GO_5200 0x0329
to pci_ids.h and try recompiling?
Or did I miss something?

I use a patch to control backlight with offb (attached).
AFAIK, backlight control with rivafb is not yet included in vanilla
or debian kernels.

Here is mine, on the same powerbook, works fine.

nice if this patch or an equivalent would be included
in the kernel.
So now, lets try the suspend2 stuff...

No nothing about cpufreq in kernel logs, I have also try with a 2.6.7
vanilla kernel with the same result, so the problem does'nt seems to
come from the Debian kernel package.

Yes, sysfs is mount on /sys but the directory is empty.

I could help improve Debian support for this laptop by sending info
(/proc/device-tree, ...) or testing experimental software I'd be happy.
