Well, I already had cua[0-3] and ttyS[0-3], but I did create
/dev/adb and /dev/adbmouse. I'll try rebooting monday, and play with it
some more (I'm logged in remotely). Also, I didn't change
/etc/rc.boot/0setserial, and I haven't tried kernel 2.1.127, but I will.

single-user mode, but can't continue for long because the filesystem is
still mounted read-only. However, the debian partition checks out fine

I just got some time to install Debian (been running LinuxPPC for
the last few months), and so I'm now going to take the plunge.
