FWIW, last I checked MacPorts SSH doesn’t compile on ppc anymore.

I have an NVIDIA GeForce 7800GT in my PowerMac11,2. It works fine in Debian
with nouveau, MATE, and Compton. I’ve tested with a GeForce 6600LE which also
worked well. What issues were you having?
I wonder if new nvidia cards will work now that nvidia has released an open
source driver…

Debian on it. I've installed debian on this machine before but this time
I'm hitting some unexpected snags. I started by downloading the ppc64 iso
from http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/ports/current/ppc64/iso-cd/ . I

I've installed go-1.13 on my G5 (Quad 2.5) but I get an Illegal Instruction
error. Is there any hope of getting this to run on my architecture or do I
need to try to make things work with gnu-go? My ultimate goal is to get
go-ethereum up and running.
