I've used to dselect to program a package install (a huge list), but i
messed up with the list.
Then when I make a apt-get install the packages are still here to be
installed so how can i remove then from apt install list.

I suggest you to set your uid/gid the same as in osx so you don't have
to chroot to access user files.
check (as root) : usermod, /etc/group
