Can you try configure with alsaconf?
apt-get install alsa-utils
run alsaconf and the wizard help you, also automatically write the modules
file.
generally must be use snd-powermac or powermac PowerMac

I am having a problem with the wireless after upgrade. I cannot get
it to work broadcom 4306 (rev 3). I have used the b43 firmware as
suggested by http://wiki.debian.org/bcm43xx#supported_b43 . Do I need
to do something else? I am a newby to linux.

which apparently configured what everything OK. I got OSX X 10.3.9
installed. When I try to run as root "startmol --osx" mol switches to full
screen, starts loading darwin kernel but it ends in kernel panic. Any
