did some Csound testings in both stable and unstable
everything was okay on stable but
play test.wav makes a weird noise on unstable
mpg321 works okay on both so
this might be sox related something?

Because I had to test the changes below anyway, I have done what I guess
will be my last massbuild and upload of kernel/module udebs.
All arches are now at 2.6.21-2, with the following exceptions:
- sparc: at 2.6.20 because
