Hi all,
Since recently, I have been having a problem with battery monitoring on
my iBook (white, dual USB). It fails to detect that the battery is full
- in fact, it thinks the battery is empty, so wants to shut down if the
power cord is not plugged in! This appears to be a fairly low-level

Hello all...
So I finally got a 2.6.x kernel to boot, and give me a serial console on
my Beige G3/266 DT. Of course, I still don't get why I can't have a
regular console for my voodoo3 card, but I can boot, and get X working,
etc. Networking gave me a bit of trouble, but nothing I can't fix.

Hi,
I have downloaded xlc ibm compiler for suse (trial version) but ppc64
isn't supported by alien. So I unpacked everythings but I didn't
success in running it (xlc doesn't found 1501-231 message). Does
somebody already have done it ?
I really want to run it under debian since I don't wa
