I didn't manage to get any sign of mic in oss or alsa. On top of that I'm experiencing serious problems with audio in general. ie: I can play mp3 via xmms and normal audio cd's dvd's but when I'm trying to use other programs like pd or rat I've got no sound at all - like there would be no hardware

keeps crashing

hi! i have a 1ghz powerbook with 1gb of ram here. i compiled the 2.4.20-benh10 kernel.. i disabled the kernel hacking part, which was enabled by default and enabled high memory support.. the machine is crashing every now and then,and shows this in the syslog.. Apr 16 13:28:59 lisp kernel: Oops

Apparently, Sorenson 1 has been reverse-engineered and you can play it with Mplayer. Sorenson 3 is apparently still in the works.
