Has anybody gotten alsa rc6 to work on a tibook III? Specifically, I'm
trying to get usb-audio (for midi) and the powermac alsa driver. The
former won't even compile (2.4.20rc4-benh) and the latter compiles but
the driver plays sound at 2x speed when using xmms-alsa.

I'm not home to test the airport card -- but here's what I did to get both
recognized:
I changed the "alias eth0 gmac" to "alias eth1 gmac" -- apparently the
airport card really really wants to be eth0. So be it. :)
