I know I've seen at least one of these questions asked on here before, but I couldn't find them in the archives, so pardon me. 1) How does one redifine keys (in X) to be mouse buttons? I know I need to use showkey to get the keycode for each key, but I don't know where to tell X that those key

I had that problem... I don't know if exactly the same... anyway, the way I fixed mine was running 'dpkg-reconfigure mozilla-browser' and making sure that the sound was set to 'None'... Any other option would leave my mozilla frozen. I guess it's worth a try :) Good luck Benja

Ok, I've got the DRI radeon code to work, I get a: "RADEON(0): Direct rendering enabled" in my XFree86.log, however when I do a 'glxinfo' I get a: "libGL error: failed to open DRM: Operation not permitted". What am I missing? Do I still need to set the LIBGL_DRIVERS_PATH or something? -Brett On
