For those interested, I've put on my web server a kernel package that actually runs on a Quicksilver PowerMac G4 with Nvidia graphics. It's based on 2.4.18-pre7-ben0 and contains a patched drivers/video/riva/. It has sound, ethernet, ppp and aic7xxx support but not much more. http://kutilek.de/dow
