I am trying to install Debian PPC on a Performa 6300CD.
In the directory "install" on CD there are 4 different subdirectories,
with respective boot diskette images:
- apus
- chrp
- powermac
- prep
What image directory I would try to make a boot diskette to Performa
6300CD? And how can I boot

As soon as Stephan Leemburg has converted snooze.c over to using the Unix
domain socket mechanism (the support code in pmud is already there)

Does such a card exist ? Or are with stuck with nVidia cards if we want
to use the newer Apple LCD displays with an AGP mac ? (Trying to aviod
the DVI-ator option ...)

I'm setting up a powerMac 9600/350 (currently 128Mb ram but should jump
to 512 soon) with 2 HD (2Gb MacOS / 9Go Debian woody)
install method was:
get Ramdisk.image.tgz vmlinux from potato
boot with BootX
minimal NFS potato install
edited /etc/apt/sources.list to point to woody
apt-ge

Anyone know if/when this will happen? It doesn't seem like using an IP
