As has been mentioned here a couple times, the modem needs 2-3 seconds
to power up. Don't know how to take that into account with wvdial

I'm using a woody on my PowerPC, all downloaded around mid of november (last
kernel).
I can't connect to the internet (I can with MacOS on the same computer).
I have read all archives here and on debian-user and all material I found, but
no way. Here are a few results and configurations
Everything installed fine... and Im trying to have BootX load linux... but I
get kernel panic from all 4 kernels ;-( Where can I find a pre-compiled kernel
for G3 beige???
