This is fixed in version 2.11l-4 which is in sid.

See my other post, I wrote just a few mins while you were writing yours. I
removed the conflicting packages (util-linux-locales and powerpc-utils) then
ran apt-get dist-upgrade to install the rest then did apt-get install
util-linux-locales. I can live without powerpc-utils for a while.

I've run through more of the log and managed to get gimp 1.0.4-3.1,
gimp-python 1.2-1, xmorph 1:20011010, and cfengine 1.6.3-7 to build from
source, perhaps
these need to be requeued. I'm using pbuilder with sid from Oct. 31,

For those of you interested in the other bugs I filed.

Sorry for flooding the list this week. I've taken the week off from work
to do some databasing and to try and get Debian running on my Lombard.
Sad, isn't it!
I came across ppckernel.org and noted that the latest build of Debian's
2.4 kernel for PPC is 2.4.13-pre1, which is a modified version of t

I'd be grateful to know how to restore the ability to move between
virtual terminals on woody. On potato I pushed Apple-fn-(F1|F2|Fn) to
move between terminals on login (not X). I seem to have lost this

manager running on my Lombard.
I've upgraded to woody on my lombard in the mistaken belief (!) that I
could get X running easily. What I have got is an apt-get conflict with

I did a fresh install on my oldworld tonight, because I had been having
problems since I upgraded it to woody a week or two ago. It had been locking
up on me when I started dselect, it had done this 4 or 5 times. It locks up
completely, no disk activity, no keyboard response, etc. Usually this was
