I want to set up a development environment for JavaServer Pages (JSP) and
servlets. Has anyone done this before atop Debian GNU/Linux on the PPC? If
so, please discuss the particulars of such an undertaking. I'm particularly
interested in what JSP engine and JDK you used. For instance,

you cannot boot rescue.bin on a powerpc, instead you need boot-hfs.img

Once, a month or so back, I tried getting my pismo to display on
external monitor, but gave up in frustration. Has anyone gotten this
working?
