mpegtv and bincompat

What happened to bincompat package? I was using a patched mpegtv (it's only available as binary). I repartitioned my hd and installed new debian packages. Old mpegtv binary doesn't work now, and patched one needs the fix.so library. I couldn't find it in ftp.debian.org. How can I find its .deb pac
