In the bullet point list of chapter 3.2.6. "Returning after retirement" the old

Hi!
The last paragraph of section 5.11.2. NMUs and debian/changelog recommends
to suffix the version for a "forked" NMU (e.g. security uploads or an
upload to t-p-u) with +debXYuZ . However, this practice seems quite
unknown:
$ wge

In which case the maintainer would have marked the bug pending, and show
activity, no?

Section "3.2.5. Retiring" misses a small point: To get yourselves
removed from @debian.org e-mail aliases, one has to open a RT ticket.
