Hello Debian policy, I believe we must be able to do three things with packages: 1) Upload a new Debian revision without re-uploading the upstream tarball 2) Download only the Debian-specific patches. 3) Have a way to (try to) apply the Debian-specific patches to a new upstream version. Failing
