Here's a little wording proposal for a "local" archive area;
I don't know if that match all of Wouter's concerns;
but that is maybe good enough.
This could fit to webshops that sells games as i386 .deb's;
.deb used to deploy server settings in /etc ;
*_all.deb generated by game-data-packager
