fluidsynth auto-starts on my system when I log in, and that causes it to
read into memory /usr/share/sounds/sf3/default-GM.sf3 (this is a symlink

I just decided to try wayland again for the first time in years, and test some
apps.
mpv works.
vlc doesn't.

Hi, thanks for a prompt response.
That is the response I was expecting, and I understand upstream reasons,
but I do not fully aggree with this reasoning.
I found -hide_banner option that basically do what I am asking for,
however it w
hould output all these build info details to stdout.

PS. Notice that the ffprobe output data to stderr, instead to stdout,
which is also weird, and other bug.
