Hi, I am experiencing the same problem now (after disk crash, I reinstalled the system). Before that, it used to work with kernel 2.6.16-1-k7 (I cannot find now the particular debian revision). Now, I am using version 2.6.18-3 of linux-image-2.6.18-1-k7, and have tested 2.6.16-2-k7 (2.6.16-18),
