today I was investigating why an update of systemd (v244) was blocked by
a failing autopkgtest in rtkit from testing migration.
When trying to investigate the issue, I could reproduce the failure with
both systemd v243 and v244 locally. S

/usr/libexec/installed-tests/rtkit
/usr/libexec/installed-tests/rtkit/rtkit-test
should be split into a separate binary package, like rtkit-tests.
