build as many packages as possible (this one was blocking a lot of packages) 2)

Got the same since the upgrade from 1.6.1+ds1-1 to 1.6.1+ds1-2 (Sid).
If I use a built-in preset there is no such problem.

This will not be fixed upstream. The blender package has dropped its
opencollada dependency.
I suggest to remove the package.
