OpenXR is a well-supported open framework for enabling VR on Linux.
Editing 3D models in VR is awesome and it'd be great if Debian allowed
this.

It looks like there's a lot of cruft in debian/rules override_dh_auto_configure.
Perhaps it's a good idea to go through all of the current options in
CMakeLists.txt and see if we can improve?
