Hexter package - build failure

Hi All, Whilst updating Hexter because of some annoying little bugs that I would like to fix in Ubuntu Studio, I ran into a problem building the new version of the package. Upstream have made some changes to the build system for the latest release, and my lack of autotools foo is letting me down.
