I'm trying to package "xparam". Upstream has an sgml documentation that
they processed into an info page. When I try to install the package
produced containing said info pages, I get:

the SourceForge WebCVS gateway is down at the moment. Either apt-get
install it and look at the license file, or go to

think you misread it. The GPL specifically allows you to use libraries
that are part of the development tools. Java clearly is.
