vdccm (no longer maintained; made obsolete by odccm) and synce-kde (no
longer maintained; made obsolete by synce-kpm which is not in Debian
yet) as they are both leaking RC bugs. Volker is upstream for both of

Simply prefix "dccm" with "synce-". That's what has been done in the
past and with my new version of librapi2 (pending upload -- fix for
#466825).

directories will be created when files are installed into them.
Additionally, debian/dirs is not required, and is also pointless as
those directories aren't even being used!

I suspect the help2man conversion caused this!
from the vcs then he or she has the
option of creating a package simply as there is an up-to-date debian/
directory present. However, I'm not sure how useful this is in reality.
Still, it keeps repositories a little cleaner.
