Sorry for the delay after the NAK from ftp-masters. I've prepared a new
version, but there is something I'm now quite sure about.
Some of the compressed .js and .css files in the upstream source are not
accompanied by their uncompressed originals. I've now put those in
debian/ext

get-orig-source target in debian/rules that gets the proper revision
from github, removes the compressed js and css files and a
non-distributable font file, and create the orig.tar.gz. I've also

(the upstream name is "dh_syncserver" which can easily be confused with
