- you directly patched Makefile, why not using dpatch or quilt?

give us the sources, you have to provide
a dsc, .diff.gz and an orig.tar.gz file (only tar.gz if it is a native
debian package). we dont need a deb and a changes file. i think you
package isnt a native debian package so you have to rename your .tar.gz
in .orig.tar.gz.

i saw wmbinclock and that was the reason to program binclock, because i
wanted a binclock for terminal.
if wmbinclock is in debian, shouldn't binclock be in it too? ;-)

really? i think it is not possible, because the keyservers synchronize
them with other servers. you keyserver have to change the keys with the
other server so all servers have to delete your key at the same time.
wait a few days and look, if it is still deleted.
