Build packages locally using containers

Hi all, I've been working on a small program to locally build packages in containers. Sort of an alternative to `pbuilder`. Because I find managing containers easier than managing base.tgz. In case anyone finds it useful as well, full info in the README: https://github.com/rockstorm101/whalebuild
