how are runit features like disabled services (via the "down" file, for
the case that a service should be visible to runit, but not started by
default) or log services handled?

some hours ago, I had to retry the build on amd64 and i386 archs if I remember
correctly.
Retrying the build was fine
(I remember it failed for testsuite failures)

started.

What is done:
* If you have following line in your PACKAGE.runit
enable debian/runscript-directory PACKAGE
you will have debian/runscript-directory recursive
