Hi, the packaging looks good to me, hovewer a typo in packaging is preventing
python3-path from
being added to the python3 package runtime dependencies.

cycle which tentatively will be released

well, I started packaging in 2013 and I didn't provide good packages on the
first tries.
(actually I'm still doing packaging mistakes)
You seem to be a better packager than me, and you told you are on your first
packagin
wonderful,
and BTW don't forget to subscribe to the package
(in the pts page on the bottom there is a subscribe by mail box)
this way you will be notified on bugs, and prevent the package from
disappearing again.
(well, first you need to make it enter unstable again :p)

Just my 2 cents here but quoting d-mentors FAQ [1]:
"There are cases where upstream ships a tarball which already contains a
debian directory. This is undesirable, even if you're upstream yourself
or can commit there. Keep the released tarballs (used as .orig.tar.gz)
and the debian directory s
