passes lintian and generates no additional warnings.
I've also refactored the package so that it is no
longer a Debian native package; the orig/diff/dsc can

I am trying to get the maintainership for a package (SCID, et al).
Therefore I first in may contacted the original maintainer. But he didnt
reply. And also after a second mail in june I got no response.
After that I contacted QA ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), first in august second time
in september. S

debian/docs shouldn't distribute the NEWS file until it contains
