Increment the Debian version - once uploaded, it will replace the
previous version in the repository and be the only version (for that
suite) available for install

Coming from one who use it almost daily, yes, please try to keep it. :-)
The command line interface is (actually) good, using sqlplus for
oracle really sucks.
I'm, however, not fanatic about it, I could switch to an equal alter

Maybe you could list those clients, I havn't found anyone else except dbishell.
I would be more than happy to use them instead.
Dear mentors,
my sponsor (Kapil) is presently very busy and so doesn't find the time to
upload the package.
Since this is a RC bug and therefore should be fixed for Lenny I would be glad
if someone else could upload the package for me.
Thanks,
Bernd

Thanks for the information,
It sounds like I have quite a bit of reading and research to do. I still feel
like I don't know which direction to go in, but I am assuming everyone starting
out felt the same way. I am going to just keep up and correct some bugs, then
maybe down the line I can decide

Don't get discouraged! It is hardest at the beginning.

Dear mentors,
This package was already in the NEW queue, but got rejected due to an
incomplete copyright file. I've (hopefully) adressed this issue and
packaged the current version. The original ITPer and sponsor Domenico
Andreoli stated he's very very busy at the moment. So I'm seeking

Dear all,
I need sponsorship for a NMU that closes RC bug #496544 of the native package
reportbug-ng. Do I have to ask for a release freeze, or would that be the
sponsor?
This NMU fixes the breakage of bug-triage (#496536; potentially other as well).
I attach the patch with the changes (all of w

Shouldn't you give more time for the maintainer?

Hi all,
haven't looked at the bugreport yet, since I was on vacation the last
two weeks and returned just yesterday evening.
But since the release team decided that rng is 'unfit for release' and
blocked rng, it won't enter testing even if you NMU the bug.
Cheers,
Bastian

Dear mentors,
We are looking for a sponsor for our package "rsplib". rsplib provides a
light-weight environment for server pooling. If you are looking for a
simple-to-use workload distribution system without the overhead and
