I must be missing something here, I want the package to show a not when
installing to indicate that custom builds _are_ very useful for the time
being, but guess what, it's not asking :(

I maintain a package 'weex' which segfaults 50% of the time.
weex 2.6.1-5 fixed this problem, but it's stuck in unstable for a while.
Do I need to modify the changelog entry to sth like 'weex (2.6.1-5)
frozen; urgency=high' and upload it again ?
