The solution to my problem is to tell gpg which keyid to use. Of course,
dpkg-buildpackage doesn't do that. Fix is attached.

I just figured out that there's a problem with trying to use gpg with
dpkg-buildpackage. Another one actually. Once I actually convince the
thing to use gpg and use gpg style options, I found that it was
constantly using my DSA key for signing.
Of course dinstall won't have that, and I've been u
