Hello, I just added a NEWS.Debian file to one of my packages and the Developers Reference, (sec. 6.3.4) suggests that one should check the formatting with dpkg-parsechangelogs. I read the man page for dpkg-parsechangelogs and played around a little but it's unclear to me how I can check this file
