No, build it unsigned on the remote machine, then copy the .dsc and
.changes back for signing on a local trusted machine.

Since i am right now settled with expensive and limited bandwith, i
decided some time ago to do a source only upload of my packages (well i
uploaded the first one (-1) fully, but for the next ones, i tested them
on my system, and then built them with -S and uploaded only the
.diff.gz, .
