I was asking about hiphop php, that is new work.
about the otrs, I was just mentioning it is there, it would be nice
to be able to host them here. I want to contribute patches back to the
maintainer and upstream authoer, would like to be able to test
uploads.

There is OTRS 3.0 in Wheezy and Sid. We do not change versions
I did not contact anyone, I was working on this package just for fun,
am working on a presentation on otrs and wanted to have a package with
the latest sourrces.
