The dictd source package makes two binary packages - a daemon,
dictd_1.4.9-3_i386.deb and a client dict_1.4.9-3_i386.deb. dictd has
an init.d script, but dict does not.
If I run lintian on dictd_1.4.9-3_i386.changes, it returns:
bob:vc-/1:dictd>lintian dictd_1.4.9-3_i386.changes
