if someone has some time to kill, I'd like to revive[1] libdumbnet
(O/ITA #474128). The last maintainer (i.e. non-NMU, non-QA) upload
was in XI/2003. No use looking at interdiffs/ debdiffs of the dsc,
this one is made from scratch[2].
