Hi. I would start by fixing debian/rules. See attach. You apparently need libhsts, I tried to workaround that by disabling it in ./configure call, just to see how far I could go. After that there seems to be a gcc-14 problem with prototype for "fork". Sorry, I stopped at that point, but I guess

Hi, I intend to try the latest version of wget2. To build it I've created a fork but it does not build as you can see in Salsa CI[1]. I fiddled around with some patches for automake but obviously with no success. Any help would be welcome. Kind regards Andreas. [1] https://salsa.debian.or
