My package "polipo" is already in Debian, but my sponsor seems too busy and
is not replying to my e-mails.
There's a bug in the 0.9.2-2 version in Testing and Unstable which makes it
uninstallable. Could someone upload the latest version (0.9.3-4) for me?

I'm packaging polipo, the web proxy.
To help with starting, stopping etc. I wrote a helper script
"polipo-control" that I put in /usr/lib/polipo/. It is called by
/etc/init.d/polipo.
How can I make this script executable? Can I get dh_install or another
debhelper script to do it somehow or shal

I've got a package of teepeedee[1] shortly arriving in Debian via a sponsor.
It's a small package which contains a Python "helper" script
'teepeedee-share' to help with a basic configuration. As far as I can tell,
I have the following options:
1. Add a Depends: on Python
2. Remove 'teepeedee-sh
