snd-gui?

I think the second suggestion is by far the better. That means you don't
have to depend on a package in contrib, and can add other gui modules later
without having to change the dependencies on snd

I usually use germany.keyserver.net as that seems to be a lot
more reliable than pgp.net
Just make sure that your DAM knows where your key is.
